In the unlikely event that your product becomes faulty and you have taken reasonable care of it, you’re welcome to return it to us within our 12 month warranty period. If your product is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty it’s advisable to obtain a replacement or repair via that route. Manufacturers typically carry out full diagnostic repairs or replace with a brand new product, whereas we will repair or replace with another used product subject to your request and stock availability.
Before returning your device, please ensure the following are removed:
- All security and parental locks
- Your SIM card and any memory cards
- Your iCloud / Samsung / Google or other account
